There is no greater joy for me than seeing people achieve their most intimate aspirations as a result of believing in themselves. Through our work together, I've seen my clients become confident leaders, land dream jobs, build careers doing the thing they love, and find more meaning and joy in life. 

I earned my Master’s Degree from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology with a focus on Adult Learning and Leadership in 2007.  I became a Certified Executive and Coach in 2006, trained through the Neuroleadership Institute, and certified by the International Coaching Federation.

I founded Avadi Leaders in 2017 after spending 11 years working in learning development in Silicon Valley. In my career, I've had the chance to work with and learn from some of the brightest minds in Technology,  Social Media, Neuroscience, and Adult Education. I enjoy finding ways training & development can help drive business and personal goals.
